Welcome to our booking page. Have a look below at the early bird ticket options and pick the one that suits you best.
When you arrive to register you will receive a ticket in the form of a wristband. Do not lose or take this off as this will be your entry ticket for everything.
A Social Only ticket will be coming out later, so keep checking!
STUDENTS - early bird ends fri 12th october
Conference Weekend Ticket - £27
This ticket is for students who want to attend the conference only. It includes access to all plenaries, workshops and side events over the period of the conference, lunch on both days, the option of accommodation, and a delegate bag.
Conference Day Ticket - £17
This ticket is for students who want to attend the conference for one day only. It includes access to all plenaries, workshops and side events all day. Does not include SOCIAL.
Conference Weekend & Social Ticket - £35
This ticket is for students who want to attend the whole conference and social. It includes access to all plenaries, workshops and side events over the period of the conference, lunch on both days, the option of accommodation, a delegate bag and access to the social on Saturday night which will include dinner, and performances by Warwick societies.
NON-STUDENTS - early bird ends fri 12th october
Conference Only Ticket - £60
This ticket is for anyone who wants to attend the conference only. It includes access to all plenaries, workshops and side events over the period of the conference, lunch on both days, the option of accommodation and a delegate bag.
Conference Day Ticket - £35
This ticket is for anyone who wants to attend the conference for one day only. It includes lunch, access to all plenaries, workshops and side events all day. Does not include social.

To reduce our environmental impact we won't be providing disposable mugs for tea and coffee during the conference. You're welcome to bring your own or for only £5 to order a very stylish a red Medsin travel mug - select this option at checkout and the mug will be ready for you to collect at registration.
