BMA Medical Students Committee Conference

The BMA MSC Conference is held every year at the beginning of April It is the opportunity for BMA representatives for every medical school to get together and to decide policy on health and medical student issues that have come up over the year.

The Medsin president has a seat on the BMA MSC and as a result Medsin is also able to submit motions that were discussed at conference. This year's conference was held in York on (9th-10th April 09

On this page you can find information on the conference including policy that has passed at previous conferences and motions that Medsin have submitted over the last 4 years.

How do I submit motions?

There are two ways in which you can put motions forwards to be considered at the Medical Students Committee (MSC) conference.

  • Submit them to the National Committee
  • Go along to your Intra school committee groups at your med school and input into the motions they are submitting.
